Our Story

In the heart of Istanbul, a dream took root in 1994. Ceremony Flowers & Events was born as a boutique workshop dedicated to creating experiences with flowers; showy arrangements that transform settings, bouquets that describe emotions, and event designs that tell stories without the need for words. Over the decades, Ceremony has been known for its unique harmony of elegance, precision, and sensual beauty.

At the heart of this journey was Irem Magistrate Ramazanoğlu, who began his creative career in the early days of the Judiciary, now an iconic Turkish fashion brand. There, he contributed to the shaping of the brand's emerging identity; he developed an insight into the power of style, storytelling and visual harmony. Born in fashion, this precision perfected in flowers became the spirit of Ceremony's aesthetics.

After years of being buried in the scent of fresh leaves and the sensory theatre of events, the transition to creating odor became inevitable. In 2019, Ceremony expanded with Ceremony In Bloom, a collection of household smells and personal scents that transformed the poetry of flowers into lasting fragrances.

The first scents were deeply inspired by the world Irem knew best: layered arrangements such as flowers in their natural habitat, compositions, gardens revived by texture and smell. Each note, such as Fresh Bouquet's airy thinness or Regal Oud's warm depth, was once thought of as an efficaciously designed olfactory bouquet that guided a floral arrangement or visual palette of an event.

Ceremony's years in event design and floral art also nurtured another discipline: design thinking. While he taught fashion, silhouette, and the value of proportion, flowers taught balance, texture, and fluidity. This combination was naturally reflected in the visual world of Ceremony In Bloom.

From the curved forms of a candle container to the clear typography of a diffuser label, every detail was designed with consideration. Packaging was not only functionalit was part of storytelling, reflecting the same meticulous care once devoted to the placement of a single stem or the drake of a fabric in a gala. Conclusion: a brand whose aesthetics felt premature, modern, and arguably Ceremony.

Today, this legacy continues under the leadership of Irem's son, Rasih Ramadanoğlu, who brings a new perspective as he adheres to the roots of the brand, and continues to carry the vision as a second generation family legacy. The mother and son weave the mastery of the past together with the innovation of the future, ensuring that Ceremony remains both a timeless and ever-evolving brand.

Ceremony In Bloom Flowers Events exists as three interconnected worlds.

Although they are expressed in different ways, they all share one belief: beauty must be seen, felt, and remembered.

Ceremony In Bloom is the smell of memory, the form of beauty, the art of living well, a brand that carries from leaves to perfume, from activities to grace, beauty in every detailthe lasting long after the flowers fade.
